The NBA Development League’s Idaho Stampede has added former Cavs forward Luke Jackson to its roster. Jackson, the Cavs’ first-round pick in 2004, has not played since the preseason, when he appeared in four games with Boston. The Celtics acquired him from Cleveland on Oct. 13 for Dwayne Jones. Injuries limited Jackson to just 46 games during his two seasons with the Cavs.
