Cavs top Sixers

LeBron James scored 20 points and had eight rebounds, four assists and four steals before sitting out the fourth quarter of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ 91-83 win over the Philadelphia 76ers in a pre-season game Tuesday night.

James’ soaring slam dunk off an alley-oop pass from Ben Wallace late in the second period provided the game’s highlight.
