Sasha Pavlovic injured his left ankle in the third quarter of Monday night’s 91-90 win at Philadelphia.
He underwent an MRI this morning at The Cleveland Clinic which confirmed the ankle injury.
He’s expected to miss two to three weeks.

Gibson underwent an MRI at the Cleveland Clinic by Head Team Physician Dr. Richard Parker and confirmed the injury he suffered during the second quarter of the Indiana Pacers game.
He is expected to be out four to six weeks.

Daniel Gibson sprained his left ankle in the third quarter against the Indiana Pacers and did not return.
Gibson was helped off the court by teammates.
A Cavaliers spokesman said X-rays were negative, and the team would re-evaluate the injury Thursday morning in Cleveland.
Gibson was 5-for-5 on 3-pointers and scored 15 points in the first half

X-rays taken at the Staples Center were negative and MRI showed no additional injury beyond the sprain.
However, the Cleveland Cavaliers sent Varejao back to Cleveland to undergo further tests at the Cleveland Clinics.
Varejao injured his ankle during the third quarter when he accidentally stepped on the foot of Lakers guard Sasha Vujacic.

Sasha Pavlovic will miss the next six to eight weeks with a left mid-foot sprain.
Pavlovic suffered the injury in the third quarter of Wednesday’s 121-85 win over the Washington Wizards. An MRI on Thursday confirmed the sprain.

After an MRI exam today, the Cleveland Cavaliers said today that Anderson Varejao has a left knee bruise and left Achilles’ strain.
He is questionable for tomorrow night’s game in Cleveland against the Charlotte Bobcats.
