LeBron showed up for practice today and participated in the entire three-hour practice but was listed as doubtful for Wednesday night’s exhibition game against Memphis as a precaution. LeBron was tired at practice but happy to be back.

Apparently, LeBron was diagnosed with pleurisy, an inflammation of the thin layers of tissue covering the lungs and chest cavity. James is being treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He will miss tonight’s game.
