After the Spurs game last Thursday, Cavaliers rookie Darnell told the team that his left wrist has been bothering him and if they could check it out. An examination Friday revealed the fracture. His wrist will be in a cast for about 10 days.

It is not clear when or how the injury happned  ”Every time I taped it up, it felt fine. I can take a lot of pain. I finally asked them if they could check it out.”

”He’s had a good camp,” Cavaliers coach Mike Brown said. ”Now, he has to figure out the other side of it, to stay in shape and keep learning.”
