Today I see what will make him leave? We are a very good team but we know what a championship team looks like and this team has the feel of "almost there but not quite" If they stand pat, we will not make the step needed and he will leave, his heart will be broken. I think he wants to give his home town a championship but the team has to want it as well. In this case no move and bad moves are th samething. He wants to see passion to win. All the top teams picked up a solid pieces, even the ones that didn't need to.
