After 15 years, the Cavaliers will advance to the Eastern Conference Finals after defeating the New Jersey Nets in Game 6 at Continental Airlines Arena by a final of 88-72. The Cavaliers will travel to Detroit to face the Pistons in Game 1 on Monday, May 21st at 8:00 p.m. (TNT)
